That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harrison Esquire Thirty
one pounds five shillings for one quarters salary as a member of the

Council.

adjourned 'till tomorrow.

Monday 4th. February 1788

The Council met.
Present

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to James Brice
Esqr. Thirty one pounds five shillings for one Quarter's Salary as a
Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Thirty
one pounds, five shillings for one Quarter's Salary as Deputy Auditor
due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr. twenty six
pounds, thirteen shillings and four pence due him as Clerk of the
Council from the 13th. December to 1st. February instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esqr. Thirty one
pounds, five shillings for one Quarter's Salary as a Member of the
Council due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Jub Fowler Thirteen pounds, fifteen
shillings for one Quarters Salary as Messenger to the Council and
Keeper of the Stadt House due the ist Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esqr. One hundred
pounds for half a Years Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of
Appeals due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Wright Thirty three pounds
fifteen shillings for one quarter's Salary as Clerk to the Commissioner
ending the 1st. Instant,

[p 294] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John
White One hundred and one pounds, five shillings for one quarters
Salary as Commissioner due the 1st. Instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green ninety three
pounds, fifteen shillings for one quarter's Salary as Printer to the
State due the 1st. Instant.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 5th. February 1788
