Saturday 26th. January 1788

The Honorable John Kilty and Benjamin Harrison Esquires
attended.

[p 292] Monday 28th. January 1788

The Council met.
Present

The Honorable James Brice

John Davidson

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark
fifteen pounds and five pence half penny to enable him to settle
Thomas Garston's Account against the State and to be by him
accounted for.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah Forrest sixty seven
pounds, ten shillings for six Months half pay due him the 1st. No-
vember last per Certificate of the Auditor General.

His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire and

The Honorable John Kilty Esquire attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 29th. January 1788

The Council met.
