The Justices of the Peace and Orphans Court for Anne Arundel

County are hereby re-appointed and continued.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning 11 o'clock.

Monday 24th. December 1787

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

The Hon'ble. Jeremiah Townly Chase

James Brice

John Davidson

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday the 31st. December instant.

The Council met.

Pres't. the Hon'ble. James Brice

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to George Custer
two pounds, five shillings specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the Deputy
Auditor due the 1st. September last.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Reed Twenty two pounds,
nine shillings and two pence three farthings Specie agreeably to the
Act aforesaid per Certificate adjusted by the Auditor General due
1st. September last.

The Council adjourned 'till Wednesday 2d. January next.

Wednesday 2d. January 1788

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Frederick
Green fifty pounds, eighteen shillings and nine pence Current Money
due him per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John H. Stone forty two
pounds, three shillings and nine pence Current Money it being for
One quarter's half pay due the 1st. of November last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow.
