Engels One hundred pounds Current Money on Account of his
Salary as Armourer at Fred'k. Town.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Thursday 20th. December 1787

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

The Honorable James Brice

John Davidson

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Willey
Ten pounds, Waitman Willey Ten pounds, William Willey Ten
pounds, and Lolathiel Hart Ten pounds specie agreeably to the "Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Accounts passed by
the Auditor and Deputy Auditor due 1st. September last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 21st. December 1787

The Council met.

James Louttit, Nathan Norton, Jeremiah Baker, Nathaniel Ramsey,
Michael Wallace, Richard Bond, Tobias Rudulph junr., Henry Ward
Pearce junr., and John Miller, Justices of the Peace.

Joseph Gilpin, Stephen Hyland, Sidney George, Nathaniel Ram-
