That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esqr. Fifty pounds
for One Quarter's Salary as One of the Judges of the Court of Ap-
peals due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas D. Merrick Seven pounds
ten shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Clerk to the Court of
Appeals due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Hanson Harrison Esqr.
One hundred and fifty pounds for One Quarter's Salary as Chief
Judge of the General Court due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Contee Hanson Esqr.
One hundred and twenty five pounds for One Quarter's Salary as
One of the Judges of the General Court.

Robert Goldsborough Esqr. One hundred and twenty five pounds for
One Quarter's Salary as One of the Judges of the General Court

That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Dorsey Seven pounds, ten
shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Clerk of the Senate due the

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond One
hundred and seventy five pounds for half a year's Salary as Auditor
General due the 1st. Inst.

That the said Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Thirty
one pounds five shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Deputy Auditor

That the said Treasurer pay to John Davidson Esquire Eighteen
pounds, fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as a Member of
the Council.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Mary Hilleary Widow of
Lieut. Rignal Hilleary Twenty three pounds, sixteen shillings and
eight pence for 4 mos. and 23 Days half pay due the 1st. Instant per
Account Stated by the Aud'r. General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Ann Levascher Widow of
Lieut. Levascher Eight pounds, sixteen shillings and eight pence
for 1 Month and 23 Days half pay due the 1st. Instant per Account
stated by the Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esqr. Eighteen pounds,
fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council.
