The Council met.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Christian
Lybrant Eight pounds thirteen shillings and four pence specie agree-
ably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per
Certificate adjusted by the Auditor General the ad. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Everitt Twenty four
pounds, three shillings specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid per
Acco't. passed by the Aud'r. Gen'l. 1st. inst.

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Pope Mitchell Seven-
teen pounds, five shillings and two pence specie agreeably to the Act
aforesaid per Pay roll examined and passed by the Aud'r. General
the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to John H. Stone & Co. One hundred
and fifty five pounds, sixteen shillings, on the Order of Messrs.
Willing Morris and Swanwick of the 16 Jan'y. 1787 for so much, in-
cluding Commission, advanced to William Hindman Esquire a
Delegate to Congress, on Account.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
