[p 197] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
Gillis Polk Esquire Twelve Pounds, ten shillings Current Money
to be delivered over to Elizabeth Burk Administratrix of Levi Burk,
it being for five Months pay due between the 1st. of August 1780 and
the 1st. of January 1781 per Certificate of the Auditor General.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Major John Hartshorn of Caecil County is hereby appointed an
Additional Surveyor to complete the Surveys of the reserved Lands
in Caecil County aforesaid in Virtue of An Act entitled "An Act
ascertaining the Mode of granting Titles to the Purchasers of certain
Confiscated Property."

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
