The Council met.

John Davidson Esquires.

Mr. George Churchman of Caecil County is hereby appointed an
Additional Surveyor to complete the Surveys of the Reserve Lands in
Caecil County aforesaid in Virtue of An Act entitled "An Act ascer-
taining mode of granting Titles to the Purchasers of certain Con-
fiscated Property."

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Tuesday 2d. January 1787

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Commission issued to George Medford appointed One of the
Coroners of Kent County, and also to Francis Boucher Franklin
appointed One of the Coroners of Charles County.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Present as on Yesterday.

Commission issued to James Williamson appointed One of the
Coroners of Kent County and also to

Basil Williams appointed One of the Coroners of Caecil County.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Messrs. Clark
and Manwarring Sixty one pounds, ten shillings Current Money due
on Messrs. Willing Morris and Swanwick's Bill of the 21st. Decem'r.
last, advanced by them to Nathaniel Ramsey Esqr. a Delegate to
Congress and to be charged to him on Account.
