Tuesday 12th. December 1786

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esqr.

The Honorable James Brice

James Hindman

John Kilty

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Patrick
Hamilton Twenty seven pounds ten shillings for Fines imposed on a
certain Benjamin Ferguson of Caecil County and paid by said Hamil-
ton in 1782 remitted by the Governor and Council the 15 July last,
and allowed by the Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Ann Levascher widow of
the late Lieut. John Levascher, Fifteen pounds for three months
half pay allowed her in Virtue of An Act of the General Assembly,
ending the 8th. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Mary Hilleary widow of the
late Lieut. Rignal Hilleary Fifteen pounds for three Months half
pay allowed her in Virtue of An Act of Assembly, due the 8th.
instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

[p 189] Wednesday 13th. December 1786

The Council met.

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John H. Stone
& Co. One hundred and twenty three pounds on the Order of Messrs.
Willing Morris & Swanwick advanced by them to John Henry
Esquire a Delegate to Congress to be charged to him on account.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Thursday 14th. December 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Thomas John-
son junior Forty seven pounds, nine shillings and seven pence for the
Board etc. of Miss Grason per Account passed by the Auditor
General.
