John Hanson Junr. is appointed Surveyor to complete the Surveys
of the reserve Lands in Charles County in Virtue of An Act entitled
"an Act ascertaining the mode of granting titles to the Purchasers of
certain Confiscated Property."

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Wilmot
seven pounds three shillings and ten pence for riding Express to the
Eastern Shore per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor,
[p 166] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John
Shaw Twenty pounds to be expended in paying the Waggonage of
the public arms to Frederick Town and also the further Sum of
Twenty five pounds to be applied to the purchase of wood for the
General Assembly and public Offices on Account.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
