Case, merits the full benefit of the aforesaid Act do order that the said

Mary Hilleary receive in quarterly Payments, commencing the
Eighth of March 1786 the Sum of Sixty pounds per Annum during
the Operation of the Act it being half the Pay to which her Husband
was entitled during his Service.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Mary Hilleary
Widow of the late Lieut. Rignal Hilleary Fifteen pounds current
Money for three Months half pay ending the 8th. June last agreeably
to the determination of this Board.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning 11 o'clock.

Monday 17th. July 1786

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Thursday 20th. July 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Stephen Clark
Eight pounds, three shillings and ten pence Current Money due him
on Account passed by the Auditor General.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Friday 21st. July 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty
for the use of George Bear Thirty five pounds Current Money and
also the further Sum of Seventeen pounds, ten shillings like Money
due him on two Accounts passed by the Auditor General.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
