           To the Right Honoble the Lord Propry and Councill                Liber W. C.
       Sheweth The humble Peticon of John Wheelers.
       That yor Lopps Peticoner hath beene at Two thousand six hun
     dred & fifty pounds of tobacco charge in Escheating a parcell of
     land formerly belonging to one Mr Lindsey as by a pticuler accompt
     annexed may appeare, Now soe it is that Mr Philip Lynes is in
     likelyhood to have the said Land & an Order of yor Lopp and Coun
     cill has past to that purpose, Yor Peticoner humbly prayes that
     if the Land be promised to ye said Mr Lynes Yor Peticoner may
     be Reemburst what he has Expended in Escheating the same. And
     he shall ever pray &c.
       Amount of charges that John Wheeler has been at in Escheating
     a parcell of land that was Mr Lindseys
     To Mr John ILewellin for a Peticon 200
     To Cleoborne Lomax for drawing up ye verdict 200
     To Mr Jno Hamilton for impanelling 2 Juryes  800
     To a Mutton & 30 gall of Syder to ye first Jury   500
     To accomodacon to the second Jury   150
     To twice comeing Downe to st Maryes 8oo

     Underneath wch said account was written as followes:
     Allowed to John Lewellin for the Pet 200
   To Cleoborne Lomax                      200
   To Jno Hamilton                         480
   to accomodacon of ye Jury in all        650

   to ye Chancellor for sealing ye Mandamus  240
     Undr              John LLewellin Clke Count  1770 wch
     Febry 28th 1681:                                                           p. 534
       Thomas Dansey servant to Mr Gilbert Turbervile being brought
     to this Court to be adjudged his age. and acknowledgeing to have
     Noe Indentures is adjudged to bee Nineteene Yeares of age. to serve
     according to an act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided

     Eod: Die
       Ordered that Elizabeth Bucknall servant to Elizabeth Potter
     serve untill the sixth day of ffebruary next to compleate her time of
     six yeares from the time of her first being adjudged

     March ye 3d 1681 Then was Griffith Jones gentl Sworne an Attorney
