     Liber W. C. and attendance to Testify for John Braday against John Richard
                 son in all Nine Dayes at thirty pounds of Tobacco p Diem Two
                 hundred and seaventy pounds of Tobacco:

                 Anthony Underwood to appeare for me and others being sued by
                 William Digges Esqr Admr of Oystin as wee are Executors of
                 Winlock Christenson deceased and to defend the same to the best
                 of your skill & Knowledge as you shall think fitt, And for yor soe
                 Doeing this shall be yor warrant As witnesse my hand and seale
