the said James Wasse Therefore itt is considered by the Court here
this day to witt the Eleventh day of March in the fourth yeare of
the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1678
that the said Thomas Mount fort take nothing by his writt And that
the said James Wasse goe thereof without day And that the said
James Wasse recover against the said Thomas Mountfort the sume
of Eight hundred Eighty seven pounds of tobacco for his costs &
charges by him about his defence in this behalfe laid out & expended
And the said Thomas in mercy for his false claime
