Cheseldyn his Attorney complaineth & saith, for that whereas the
said William the twenty Eighth day of November in the yeare of
our Lord One thousand six hundred seventy & one here in s^t Maryes
within the liberty of the Province of Maryland aforesaid, in con-
sideracon that the said Robert att the speciall instance & request of
the said William had then and there sold & deliuered unto the said
William severall M^rchandizes and M^rchandry wares, & for the rates
