Comand was given to the Sheriffe of St Maryes
County that he take Thomas Robinson if he should
be found in his bailywick & him safe to keep so that
he have his body here the Eighth day of Octobr

to satisfie unto John Paler as well the sume of ffoure thousand
pounds of tobacco a certaine debt recovered against him before the
Justices of this Court the ffifteenth day of June last past whereof
he is convictd As also the sume of Six hundred & sixteen pounds of
tobacco for costs of suite. Att which said Eighth day of Octobr the
same Sheriff made returne of the writt aforesaid, that by vertue of
the said writt he tooke the body of the said Thomas Robinson who
since hath made his Escape out of Prison so that his body att the
day & place required he could not have as comanded Whereupon the
said John Paler by Robert Ridgely his Attorny prayeth his Lordpps
Writt of fieri facias that the debt & costs aforesaid may be Levyed
of the Goods & Chattells of the said Tho: Robinson & itt is granted
unto him by the Court here.
