Neale by their Attorneys aforesaid And the said Robert saith noth-
ing in barr of the action of the aforesaid W^m whereby the said
W^m remaineth against the said Robert thereof wholy undefended
Therefore itt is considered by the Court here that the said W^m Smith
recover ag^t the said Robert Neale as well the sume of two Thousand
six hundred pounds of tobacco debt As also fiue hundred forty foure
pounds of tobacco costs of Suite And the Defend^t in mercy &c
