Memorandum that this day to witt the second day of Septemb^r in

the fourth yeare of the Dominion of the right Hon^ble Charles Lord
Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1679 before me W^m Calvert Esq^r prin-
cipall Secretary of this Province & one of the Justices of the Pro-
vinciall Court, att my Office in the City of S^t Maryes personally
appeared John Wedge of Kent County taylor Adm^r of all & singuler
the Goods Chatties rights & creditts which were of William Chad-
borne deceased in his proper person, & did consent that judgem^t
should passe against him for the Sum of two thousand one hundred
forty foure pounds of tobacco att the suite of the said Charles Lord
Baltemore W^m Calvert
