Memorandum that this day to witt the second day of Septembr in

the fourth yeare of the Dominion of the right Honble Charles Lord
Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1679 before me Wm Calvert Esqr prin-
cipall Secretary of this Province & one of the Justices of the Pro-
vinciall Court, att my Office in the City of St Maryes personally
appeared John Wedge of Kent County taylor Admr of all & singuler
the Goods Chatties rights & creditts which were of William Chad-
borne deceased in his proper person, & did consent that judgemt
should passe against him for the Sum of two thousand one hundred
forty foure pounds of tobacco att the suite of the said Charles Lord
Baltemore Wm Calvert
