a Cepi Corpus upon a capias ad satis faciendum
for two thousand five hundred pounds of tobacco
damages recovered agt him by Edward Ball Lessee

of Joseph Letchworth, & haveing the body of the said Bernard in
Court And that the said Bernard Johnson might be discharged from
the said Execution, Came Lievt Colonell Henry Darnall in his proper
person & did consent that judgemt should passe against him for the
aforesaid Sume of two thousand ffiue hundred pounds of tobacco.
Whereupon the said Bernard Johnson was discharged from the said
Execution
June 4th 1679
Ordered by the Court, that the Comissionrs of Calvert County
Court doe without delay transmitt unto his Lordpp & Councell a
faire transcript of their last yeares County Leavy
