ye prmisses being seen & by the Justices here fully understood, itt
seemeth To the same Justices here, that the said plea of the said
Defendt in manner & forme aforesaid pleaded, & the matter in the
same contained are insufficient in Law to barr the plts from haveing
their Execution upon the judgemt aforesaid Therefore itt is con-
sidered that the said Thomas Carlisle & John Watson Execrs as
aforesaid haue Execution against the Estate of the aforesaid Walter
Hall of the debt & costs aforesaid And also pounds
of tobacco costs of suite sithence laid out & expended And the De-
fend* in mercy &c.
