paid, but the same to pay hath denyed & as yet doth deny, by which
action hath accrued to the said Robert Dowlan to require & have of
the said John Blomfield the said Sume of three thousand pounds of
tobacco & thereupon he produceth his suite
And the said John Blomfield in his proper person cometh & de-
fendeth the force & injury when &c and saith that he is content
that judgem^t passe against him for twelve hundred Seventy & three
pounds of tobacco being the ballance of acc^ts between the said Robert
Dowlan & the said John Blomfield Therefore itt is considered that
the said Robert Dowlan recover against the said John Blomfield
the aforesaid Sume of twelve hundred Seventy & three pounds of
tobacco debt As also Six hundred & Eight pounds of tobacco costs
of suite And the Defend^t in mercy &c~June fourth 1679.

Upon the peticon of Giles Collyer, that he truely & faithfully
served the Hon^ble Cot Thomas Taillor Esq^r the full terme of foure
yeares as was obliged to serve by Indenture to Anth^o Standford,
Att the expiracon whereof he demanded his freedom who denyed
to sett him free according to his Indenture, & enforced him to serve
one yeare more, & hath not made him any satisfaction for the same
And humbly requested an order of this Court to compell the said
Colonell Tho: Taillor to pay him for his yeares service Which being
read & heard Itt is ordered this day to witt the fourth day of June
in the fourth yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c
Annoq Dni 1679 that Scire facias issue to make known to the said
Cot Tho: Taillor or his Attorney that he be & appeare here att the
next Provintiall Court, to shew cause why he should not make satis-
faction unto the said Giles Collyer for the yeares service aforesaid

Comand was given to the Sheriffe of s^t Maryes County, that he
cause to come here to witt the sixth day of June in the fourth yeare
of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Doni 1679.
twelve good & law full men of his bailywick well & truely to try what
damages Robert Peca hath sustained for want of the Restitution of
one white Mare, one young stone horse, one gunn, one feather bedd,
two red blanketts, one white hammock, & one red Cow & Calfe which
were ordered to be restored to the said Robert Peca by Henry
Stocket

On which said sixth day of June in the yeare aforesaid came as
well the said Robert Peca by Robert Carvile his Attorney as the said
Henry Stocket by George Parker his Attorney And the jurors
impannelled being called likewise came to witt Randall Hanson,
Philip Lynes, Thomas Gant, Richard Edelen, Michael Taney, Giles
Collier, Peter Archer, Marmaduke Semme, Edward Dorsey, W^m
Turner, Henry Cole & W^m Nowell who being Elected tryed & sworne
