Itt is ordered by the Court by the consent of
Thomas Bland Attorney for the plaintiffe & Robert
Ridgely Attorney for George Parker of Calvert
County gentl, that that the said George be ad-

mitted Der who without delay shall appeare by his Attorney afore-
said & receive the declaracon & plead to the Genll issue this prsent
March Court, & att the tryall the said George shall appeare in his
proper person or by his Attorney & shall acknowledge Lease entry &
Ejectmt or for default judgemt shall be entred against the Defendt
Henry Hanslopp the casuall Ejector And further prosecution be spared
against the said Henry untill default be made And itt is further
ordered by the Court, that the said Henry shall take noe advantage
against the plaintiffe for his not prosecution upon the tryall occa-
sioned by the default aforesaid, but that the said George shall pay
the plaintiffe the costs to be taxed by the Secretary And itt is further
ordered that the Lessor the plaintiffe may be burthened with the
paymt of the costs to the Defendt which shall be any way taxed by
this Court

Whereas heretofore to witt the ffifteenth day of
June in the third yeare of the Dominion of
Charles Lord Baltemore &c Annoq Dni 1678
in A suite then depending in this Court between
Henry Stocket & James Stavely Execrs of the

last Will & testament of Naur Stiles deceased plaintiffes & Solomon
Thomas Defendt the plt refused to make any further prosecution in
the said Suite Whereupon a Nonsuite was awarded against them.
Now here att this day to witt the Seventh day of March in the fourth
yeare of the said Lordpps Dominion Annoq Doni 1678. cometh the
said Solomon Thomas by Robert Carvile his Attorney, & informed
the Court that he was unjustly molested by the said Henry & James,
& requested an order of this Court for his Costs of suite Whereupon
itt is considered by the Court here that the said Solomon Thomas
recover against the said Henry Stockett & James Stavely Execrs as
aforesaid the sume of pounds of tobacco for his
costs & charges by him about his defence in the suite aforesaid laid
out & expended
