322 Provincial Court Proceedings, 1676. Liber N N Now here at this day to witt the nine & twentith day of November in the second yeare of his Lopps Dominion &c Annoq Dom 1676 came the said Marmaduke by his Attorny aforesaid & the said Arthur by his Attorny came likewise & the Said Arthur saith nothing in barr of the action aforesaid of him the said Marmaduke but is content that judgment passe by default but so as execution there- upon cease untill assetts Therefore it is granted by the Court here that the said Marmaduke Semme recover agt the estate of the said Thomas Carleton aswell the summe of eleaven hundred sixty nine pounds of tobacco damages occasioned by the trespas aforesaid as also the summe of five hundred thirty six pounds of tobacco costs of Suite. but so as execution thereupon cease untill assetts.
