      ffurther Ordered by the Court here that the said Thomas Jones make
      satisifaction to Herman Cornellison, Otho Wollegast, & Peter Groen
      dick, for the goods he tooke from them Eithr in kind the goods to
      be Restored, or to Herman Cornelison I5l-11s-sterling, to Otho
      Wolegast 1l-6s-sterl. and to Peter Gronendick 87l-1 1s-sterl, It being
      according to the list produced here in open Court and Ordered that
      the said Lists be Recorded, & that the said Jones pay unto the partyes
      Greived the sum pounds of Tobacco for their Mod
      erate Charges in this behalfe by the Court Allowed
