      Brockett his heyres & Assignes to the use aboue mencoñed against Liber M M
      him the said Wm Boarman his heyres Exrs & Admrs shall & will
      warrant & foreuer hereafter defend by these prsents the Rents &
      services which hereafter shall grow due for the same & payable to
      the Lord or Lords of the ffee or ifees for & in respect of his or their
      Seigneory or Seigneorices aliwayes Excepted & foreprized In Witt
      nes whereof the pties aboue named to those prsent Indentures haue
      interchangably sett their hands & Seaies the day & yeare aboue written.
