              p. 485 This Indenture made this Tenth day of July in the 43th Yeare
                  of the Dominion of Caecilius Absolute Lord & Proprietary of the
                  Province of Maryland Avalon Lord Baron of Ba!temore Anno
                  1674 Between Capt William Boarman of St Maryes County in ye
                  Province of Maryland Gentl of the one pte And Samuell Brockett
                  of the said place Planter of the other pte Wittnesseth, that the
                  said Wm Boarman for & in Consideracon of a certaine Sume of
                  Tobacco to him the said Boarman before the ensealing & delivery
                  of these prsents by the said Samuell Brockett well & truly paid ye
                  Receipt whereof the said Wm Boarman doth hereby Acknowledge
                  & himselfe therewith fully satisfied & Contented & of every parte &
                  parcell thereof doth cleerly Acquit Exonorate & discharge the said
                  Samuell Brockett his heyres Exrs & Admrs & every of them by
                  these prsents Hath Given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold As
                  signed Transferred Enfeoffed & Confirmed And by these prsents
                  doth Giue Grant Alien Bargaine Sell Assigne Transferre Enfeoffe
                  & Confirme vnto the said Samuel Brockett his heyres & Assignes
                  for euer All that pcell on tract of land lying scituate & being in
                  St Maryes County nexte adjoyning to the land of ye said Boarman
                  purchased of Humphrey Howell on the South East and by the
                  firste branch of the Creek with a line drawne into the Swamp on the
                  North East by some markt trees or some tymes a run of fresh water
                  on North West & by the Swamp & Hills on the South West being by
                  Estimacon & not exceeding Fifty acres Together with all houses
                  Edifices Buildings Orchards Gardens Hawkings Huntings ffishings
                  ifowlings and all and singu!er other Apptenflces or priviledges to the
                  said Land belonging or in any manner of way Apptaining To haue
                  & to hold the said land & prmises with their & every of their Rights
                  members & apptenñces or priviledges before by these prsents Bar
                  gained & sold or hereby intended to be Bargained & Sold together
                  with all the priviledges before mencoñed to him the said Samuell
                  Brockett his heyres & Assignes for ever And ye said Wm Boarman
                  for himself e his heyres Exrs & Admrs doth Covenant pmise & Graunt
                  to & with the said Samuell Brockett his heyres & Assignes That he
                  the said William Boarman his heyres Exrs & Admrs the said land
                  & all other the before Bargained prmisses & every pte & pcell thereof
