      Smith and ffrancis Gunby Defts: John Gittings being sumoned as
      a witnes is allowed 150l Tob for Charges in his attendance

     Henry Bonnerl Upon a scire fac upon a Judgt formerly obteined
         agt agt the sd ffendall by Elizabeth Story Adthx of
      Josias ffendall Walter Story deceased and now wife to the said
      Henry Bonner, Mr Robert Carvile Attorney for the Defendt Did
      Engage in open Court to give a Release of Errors to the sd Judgemt
      and that the sd Josias ifendall should pay to the plaintiffe three hun
      dred and fifty pounds of Tobacco in full of the sd Judgemt which
      being payd the said Henry Bonner did Engage to acknowledge
      upon Record satisifaction for the full of the sd Judgemt.

      should not issue agt him at the suite of the pfl upon a Judgt formerly
      obteined agt him by the plt in this Cort for 3781 Tob debt & 966l Tob
      Costs in all 1344l Tob, and the Sheriff having retorned the said
      writ Executed, and the said Defendt nor any Attorney for him
      appearing to show Cause to the Contrary, ordered that Execution
      thereupon issue according to the sd Judgemt.
