                186       Provincial Court Proceedings, 1673.

         Liber M M  Roades his heyres & assignes for eur, And the said John Gittings
                for himselfe his heyres Executrs and Admiñrs. The said freehold &
                Plantation and all & singuler other the prmisses before granted Bar
                gained & sold with the Appurtences unto the said Abraham Roads
                & his heyres to the onely proper use and behoofe of the said Abra
                ham Roades his heyres and assignes for eur. against him the said
                John Gittings his heyres & assignes and all and eury other pson &
                psons whatsoeur Lawfully Claimeing by from or undr him them or
                any of them shall and will Warrant and for euer defend by these
                prsents And ffurther the said John Gittings for himselfe his heyres
                Executrs and Admmrs. doth Covenant to and with the said Abraham
                Roades his heyres and assignes and eury of them that he the said
                John Gittings his heyres & Assignes & eury of them and all and
                eury other pson & psons and their heyres Lawfully haueing or
                Claymeing or Rightfully prtending to haue or which hereafter shall
                or may Lawfully haue or Clayme or Rightfully prtend to haue any
                estate Right Title interest or demand into or out of the prmisses or
                any Pt or pcell of them by from or undr the said John Gittings his
                heyres or Assignes shall & will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes
                hereafter upon the Reasonable Request and at the cost and Charges
                in the Law of the said Abraham Roades his heyres or assignes Make
                doe pforme Acknowledge Leauy Execute & suffer or cause to be
                made done p formed Acknowledged Leauyed Executed & suffered
                all & eury such further & Law full Reasonable Act & Acts Thing &
                Things Device & Devises Assurance & Assurances & Conveyances in
            p. 122  the Law whatsoeur. for the further and better And more pfect
                Assureance surety sure makeing and Conteying of all & singuler the
                before hereby granted or menconed to be granted prmisses with
                there & eury of their Rights Members and Appurtences unto the
                said Abraham Roades his heyres and assignes for eur be it by fine
                or ffines. ffeofmt. or ffeofmts. Deed or Deedes. Recorded or not
                Recorded the Recording of these prsents. Release or Confirmacon
                or by all & eury or any the wayes or meanes afforesd, or by any
                other wayes or meanes whatsoeuer as by the said Abraham Roades
                his heyres or assignes. or by his or their Councell Learned in the
                Lawes shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required. In wittnes
                whereof the said John Gittings hath to this prsent Indenture set his
                hand & seale the day and yeare first abouewritten. Annocp Dom. 1673
                           John Gittings seale. & Margaret Gittings sealed
                  On the backside of the beforegoing Deed was written as 101.
                Signed Sealed & Deliured in the
                  prsence of Rich. Smith. Tho. Gantt.

                  Memorad this 13th day of Novembr 1673. Came before us John
                Gittings and Acknowledged the Land within mencoñed of ffoure
