Gauge of Barrels of Pork Beef Pitch Tar Turpentine and Tare of
Barrels of Flour or Bread made at a Session of Assembly begun and
held at the City of Annapolis the fifth Day of August one thousand
seven hundred and forty five be and is hereby continued and shall
remain and be in full force for and during the Term of seventy
Years and to the End of the Next Session of Assembly which shall
happen after the End of the said seven Years —

Frederick-

tinued.]

An Act continuing an Act entitled "An Act to Establish a Market in
Frederick Town in Frederick County and for the Regulation of
the said Market.
Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Governor and the Upper
and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the same That
an Act of Assembly of this Province entitled An Act to Establish a
Market in Frederick Town in Frederick County and for the Regula-
tion of the said Market made at a session of Assembly begun and
held at the City of Annapolis the sixth Day of November one
thousand seven hundred and seventy be and is hereby continued and
shall be and remain in full Force for and During the Term of Seven
Years and to the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall
happen after the End of the said seven Years —
