The Bill entitled An Act for the speedy and effectual Publica-
tion of the Laws of this Province and for the "Encouragement of
Ann Catharine Green of the City of Annapolis Printer sent to
the Upper House by M.r N. Thomas and M.r Baxter.
The Bill, entitled, An Act relating to the Levy and Poor of
Ann Arundel County, was read a second Time, passed, and sent
to the Upper House by M.r Worthington and M.r Hammond
The House proceeded to tax the following private Bills Viz^
An Act for confirming to Samuel Cookson of Baltimore County
sundry Lands therein mentioned

George's County aforesaid, for the Payment of the Debts of the
