Grahame, M.r Mackall, M.r Parran and M.r Weems do prepare and
bring in the same
On Motion, Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the
Inspection of Flour at George Town in Frederick County and that
M.r Wootton, M.r Luckett, M.r Beatty and M.r Chase do prepare &
bring in the same

Ordered, That the Order of the Day for taking into Consideration
the Petition of Robert Dick be read; and it was read accordingly.
Ordered, That the Petition of Robert Dick and others be read;
and it was read accordingly.
Ordered, That a Paper entitled "A List of Tobacco damaged at
Bladensburgh Warehouse by the Fresh and high Tide in the Night
between the 14.th and 15.th of August 1767 with what is cut off each
Hhd" be read; and it was read accordingly.
Ordered, That M.r Chase, M.r Hall, M.r Beall, M.r Handy, M.r
Contee, M.r Allen and M.r Paca, be a Committee to enquire into the
Facts set forth in the said Petition and report the same as it shall
appear to them to the House and they have Power to send for Per-
sons Papers and Records
M.r Beall brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker the following
Report October 15.th 1771
By the Committee appointed to tax the Fees and Allowances
arising due to the Officers of this House; and sundry Witnesses,
on the Petition of Robert Henley Courts of Charles County
In Obedience to the Order of the Honourable House your Com-
mittee have proceeded to tax the Fees and Allowances on the above
Petition as follows
