Upper House with the Paper Bill thereof by M.r Griffith and M.r
Tyler. They return and acquaint M.r Speaker they delivered the Bill
M.r Luckett brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker a Bill entitled
An Act to establish a Market in Frederick Town in Frederick County
and for the Regulation of the said Market Which was read the first
Time and ordered to lie on the Table
The ingrossed Bills N.o 21 and 22 read and assented to and sent
to the Upper House with the Paper Bills thereof by M.r N. Thomas
and M.r Allen. They return and acquaint M.r Speaker they delivered
the Bills
On Motion, Ordered, That the Report of the Committee ap-
pointed to inspect the publick Offices and to enquire from the several
Officers their Deputies Registers or Clerks into the Annual Amount
of the ffees that have accrued due to the said Officers of this Prov-
ince for seven Years last past, of the third Day of October, and also
the Report of the same Committee of the twelfth Day of October
be printed in the next Week's Maryland Gazette and be continued
for six Weeks successively.
