The House met according to Adjournment —

The Members were called and all appeared as on Yesterday except
M.^r Hollyday.
The Proceedings of Yesterday were read.
M.^r Contee and M.^r Buchanan appeared in the House
M.^r Thomas Cockey Deye, a Delegate returned for Baltimore
County appeared in the House
Ordered That M.^r John Paca and M.^r Matthews do go with that
Gentleman to the Upper House to see him qualified.

They return and acquaint M.^r Speaker they saw him qualified in
the usual Manner

The Gentleman took his Seat in the House
The House adjourns till To-morrow Morning Eight O'Clock

M:^r J. Hall brings in and delivers to M.^r Speaker the following
Report.

By the Committee appointed to inspect the public Offices, and to
enquire from the several Officers, their Deputies, Registers or Clerks
into the Annual Amount of the ffees that have accrued due to the
said Officers of this Province for seven Years last past

In Obedience to the Order of the Honourable House your Com-
mittee have enquired into the Amount of Fees in several of the
Offices and do report as follows

Secretary's ffees in the Provincial Court
