plementary Act thereto.

Speaker the Petition of John Heard of Saint Mary's County praying
an Act may pass to impower him to sell and dispose of the real Estate
of Richard Heard in Order to discharge the Debts of the said Richard
Heard thus indorsed "By the Upper House of Assembly September
