Your Committee beg Leave to observe that the Act entitled An
Act for amending the Staple of Tobacco for preventing ffrauds in
his Majesty's Customs and for the Limitation of Officers ffees
made at a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City of An-
napolis the fourth Day of October seventeen hundred and sixty three
and the Supplementary Act thereto passed November Session seven-
teen hundred and sixty six will expire on the first day of October
next —
That the Act entitled an Act for amending and repairing the
Public Roads in Baltimore County made at a Session of Assembly
begun and held at the City of Annapolis the first Day of November
seventeen hundred and sixty six will expire on the last Day of Oc-
tober next
That the Act entitled An Act for the speedy and effectual Publica-
tion of the Laws of this Province and for the Encouragement of
Ann Catharine Green of the City of Annapolis Printer made at a
Session of Assembly begun and held at the City of Annapolis the
seventeenth Day of November seventeen hundred and sixty nine
will expire on the twenty fifth Day of December next

Ordered, That the Subject Matter of the said Motion be taken
into Consideration To Morrow Morning at the Sitting of the House
