and Testament expressed are contained & the aforesaid Copy of
the said last Will and Testament rectified as aforesaid be received
into and recorded in the Prerogative Office of this Province and a
Copy under the Seal of the said Office Attested be from time to
time and at all times hereafter deemed taken and received as good
and Sufficint evidence in all Courts Within this Province in all
Respects and in the same Manner as it Would or might be in case
the aforesaid last Will and Testament has been proved and recorded
in the said Office according to the Laws and practice of this Prov-
ince and whereas it Appears reasonable and expedient to this
General Assembly to grant the request and Prayer of the said
Petioner. Be it therefore enacted by the right Honourable the Lord
Proprietary by and With the Advice and consent of his Lordships
Governor and the upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the
Authority of the same that All the Estate right Title and Interest
Which was vested in and belonged unto the aforesaid Henry Bou-
quet deceas'd both at Law and in Equity into and of all Lands
tenements and Hereditaments in this Province with their Appur-
tenances be and hereby is vested in the aforesaid Colonel Frederick
Haldimand according to the time intent and Meaning of the afore-
said Henry Bouquet in his said last Will and Testament expressed
or contained and that the aforesaid copy of the said last Will and
Testament certified as aforesaid be received into and recorded in
the Prerogative Office of this Province and that a Copy of the
Record thereof attested under the Seal of the said Office Shall be
from time to time and at all times hereafter and in all respects
deemed taken and received as good and Sufficient Evidence in all
Courts within this Province in the same Manner as it Would or
might be in Case the aforesaid Original last Will and Testament
had been proved and recorded in the said Office according to the
Laws and Practice of this Province. Provided allways and it is
hereby enacted that Nothing in this Act contained Shall be con-
strued or in any Wise intended or taken to vest in or give unto the
said Frederick Haldimand any greater, or Other Estate right Title
or Interest in of or to any Lands Tenements or Hereditaments
Within this Province than is or was in and by the said last Will
and Testament of the said Henry Bouquet meant or intended to
be vested in given or bequeath'd unto the said Frederick Haldimand
any thing here in before contained to the Contrary in any wise
notwithstanding
