On Resolution of the aforegoing Question. Ordered that the
said Petition be granted and that leave is given to the Petitioner
to bring in a Bill according to prayer
On Motion Ordered that the Petition of the Inhabitants of
Baltimore Town in Baltimore County be Read the 2.d time on
Thursday next afternoon and that M.r Thomas Harrison of Balti-
more Town have Notice thereof
A Bill Entituled an Act directing the Copy of the last Will and
Testament of General Brigadier [sic] Bouquet to be Recorded in the
Prerogative Office of this Province and for other Purposes therein
mentioned. Was Read the first and Second time by an especial
Order and will Pass and was sent to the Upper House by Col.o
Tilghman and M.r Grahame
M.r J. Goldsborough for the Committee of Accounts brings in
and delivers to M.r Speaker the Journal of Accounts and the List
of Debts Accrued to Sundry Persons therein mentioned on Account
of the late War which were read and severally Indorsed read and
Assented to By the Lower House of Assembly, and were sent to
the Upper House by M.r J. Goldsborough and M.r Hanson
the Bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an
Act for the Speedy Tryal of Criminals and Ascertaining their Pun-
ishment in the County Courts &c was read the 2.d time and will
Pass and was Sent to the Upper House by S. Wilson Esq.r and
M.r Wright
The Petition of the Merchants of Baltimore Town was read and
referred to the Consideration of next Assembly
M.r Grahame and M.r Gantt have leave of Absence
The House Adjourns till 2 of the Clock

Post Meridiem.
