the said Jonas Green which happened some Time in the Month of
April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
sixty seven

And Whereas the said Anne Catharine Green since the Decease
of the said Jonas Green hath not only finished and compleated the
Acts of Assembly of the said Session and the Votes and Proceed-
ings of the Lower House but hath kept and maintained a number
of Hands with proper Materials for Printing and in all Things done
and Performed the Duty of Printer to this Province and no Levy
having been made in her Favour at any of the last November County
Courts.

Loan Office.]

Be it therefore Enacted That the Committee appointed for paying
Money out of the Loan Office do and shall and they are hereby
authorized and required to pay the said Anne Catharine Green or her
Order the sum of Nine hundred and forty eight Dollars and one
half of a Dollar out of the Bills of Credit now remaining of the
last Emission in the said Office in full for her Salary and Services

Whereas it is represented to this General Assembly That the
Tobacco directed to be levied on the Inhabitants of Dorchester County
by an Act entituled an Act to establish a Road from Hunting Creek
in Dorchester to Dover in Talbot County is insufficient for the Pur-

Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor and the
upper and lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the same
That it shall and may be lawful for the Justices of Dorchester County
and they are hereby required at their November Court next after the
End of this Session of Assembly to assess and levy on the taxable
Inhabitants of the said County a further sum not exceeding the sum
