The Governor communicates to M.r speaker the following message.
Gentlemen of the lower house of assembly,
M.r Isaac Baker and M.r John Kimbol, of Frederick County,
having represented to me that two accounts, which were during the
former sessions, delivered in by them respectively to the committee
of accounts, were by some means or other mislaid or overlooked,
so that no allowances were made to them in the journal passed at
the last sessions, for sundry just and equitable claims they had on
the public, I advised them to state their claims in other accounts,
and promised to recommend the same to your consideration which I
now do, not doubting but you will, on examining the same, make
them such satisfaction or allowance, as shall appear reasonable.
11.th June 1768. Hor° Sharpe

and impartially, and that he be discharged from further attendance;
and that the petitioner shall pay him his costs.
