McLelan] and Cap:t John Volgamot. Indorsed. By the Upper
House/ Referred to the Consideration of the Lower House
the Bill Entituled an Act for Licensing Hawkers and Pedlars
was sent to the Upper House by M.r Grahame and M.r Allen
On Motion of Col.o Tilghman leave is given to bring in a Bill
for the Support of an Agent for this Province in Great Britain
Ordered that Col.o Tilghman M.r Hanson and D: Wolstenholme
Esq:r do prepare and bring in a Bill Accordingly
On Motion of Col.o Tilghman leave given to bring in a Bill for
Issuing Writs of Replevin out of the County Courts. Ordered
that Col.o Tilghman M.r Hanson and Daniel Wolstenholme do pre-
pare and bring in a Bill accordingly
the Bill Entituled an Additional Supplementary Act to the Act
Entituled an Act for the stay of Execution after the 10.th Day of
May Yearly was Read the 2.d time and the Question was put that
