This House met again according to Adjournment.
Present as Yesterday

Mess,,rs Buchanan and Bordley from the Lower House bring up
the following Bills

A Bill Entitled a Supplementary Act to the Act Entitled An Act
for erecting a new Parish in Kent County, called Chester Parish,
and for building a Parish Church, and enlarging a Chapel of Ease
within the said Parish
Read the first and second time in the Lower House and will
Pass.

Read the first time in this House, and Ordered to lye on the
Table
A Bill Entitled an Act reviving and continuing an Act, Entitled
An Act to Establish a Market at the Market House in Chester Town,
in Kent County, and for the regulation of the said Market.
A Bill Entitled An Act to prohibit raising of Swine and Geese in
George Town in Kent County, and in Snow hill Town, in Worcester
County.

Mess,,rs Allen and Selby bring up the two following Bills. A Bill
Entitled An Act to impower the Justices of Somerset and Worcester
Counties, to levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of Stepney Farish, in
Somerset and Worcester Counties, the Quantity of One hundred
and Sixty Thousand Pounds of Tobacco, for the Uses therein
mentioned
A Bill Entitled An Act for the Relief of Joseph Scott of Worces-
ter County
These four last Bills Read the first and second time in the Lower
House, and will Pass
Read the first and second time, by an Especial Order, in this
House, and will Pass. So Endorsed and sent by John Beale Bordley
Esq,,r
Mess,,rs Jenings and Lucket bring up a Bill, Entitled An Act
appointing new Visitors for the Public School in Frederick County,
