And the Inspector that shall serve at Frederick Town shall be
paid the Salary of Seven thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco
and the Inspector that shall serve at George Town Warehouse
shall be paid the Salary of four thousand eight hundred pounds of
Tobacco and no more any thing in the before recited Act to the
Contrary Notwithstanding

And be it Further Enacted that in any case whereby this Act
the houses are put under the care of one Inspector instead of two,
if both Inspectors that served the then last year shall be returned
by the Vestry the one shall serve which the Governor or Com-
mander in Chief shall by warrant under his hand appoint, any
thing in the before recited Act to the Contrary Notwithstanding
This Act to Continue for and during the Continuance of the
before recited Act and no Longer
