N.o 12. An Act to enable the Justices of Charles County Court to
assess and levy, on the Taxable Inhabitants of Trinity Parish, a
Quantity of Tobacco, for building a Chapel of Ease, in Benedict
Hundred, in said Parish, and for other Purposes therein mentioned.
N.o 13. An Act continuing An Act, entitled, An Act for imposing
an additional Duty of two Pounds per Poll on all Negroes imported
into this Province.

N.o 14. An Additional Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled,
An Act for quieting Possessions, enrolling Conveyances, and secur-
ing the Estates of Purchasers.

N.o 15. An Act to ease the Inhabitants of this Province, and to
impower the Justices of the several Counties, to bind out the Per-
sons therein mentioned, Apprentices.

N.o 16. An Act for the speedy and effectual Publication of the
Laws of this Province, and for the Encouragement of Jonas Green,
of the City of Annapolis, Printer.

N.o 17. A Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, An Act to
prevent the Mischiefs arising from the Multiplicity of useless Dogs,
and for other Purposes therein mentioned.

N.o 18. An Act impowering the Justices of Frederick County,
to levy on the Taxable Inhabitants, a Quantity of Tobacco, for build-
ing a Stone Wall around the Public Prison, in said County, and
for other Purposes therein mentioned.

N.o 19. A Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, An Act for
amending the Staple of Tobacco, for preventing Frauds in his
Majesty's Customs, and for the Limitation of Officers Fees.

N.o 20. An Act for the Relief of several languishing Prisoners
in the County Goals therein mentioned.

N.o 21. An Act to aid defective Common Recoveries.

N.o 22. An Act to remove a Nusance in Baltimore Town, in
Baltimore County, and for other Purposes therein mentioned

N.o 23. An Act concerning the Name of John Beale Bordley.

N.o 24. An Act for amending and repairing the Public Roads
in Baltimore County.

N.o 25. An Act to oblige infected Ships, and other Vessels,
coming into this Province, to perform Quarantine.

N.o 26. An Act for the Payment of the Public Claims, for
emitting Bills of Credit, and for other Purposes therein mentioned.

N.o 27. An Act to enable the Commissioners of the Paper Office
to send for Paper, for the Use of the Upper and Lower Houses of
Assembly.

All which, the Governor passed into Laws, in the usual Manner,
and made the following Speech, Viz.t
