The House met.
All appeared as Yesterday, except M.^r Murdock,
M.^r Baker appeared in the House.
The Bill, entitled, An Act for amending and repairing the Public
Roads in Baltimore County, was sent to the Upper House, by M.^r
Lee, and Col. Lloyd.
The ingrossed Bills, entitled,
N.^o 19. A Supplementary Act, to the Act, entitled, An Act for
amending the Staple of Tobacco, for preventing Frauds in his
Majesty's Customs, and for the Limitation of Officers frees.

N.^o 20. An Act for the Relief of several languishing Prisoners
in the County Goals therein mentioned.
N.^o 21. An Act to aid defective Common Recoveries.
N.^o 22. An Act to remove a Nusance in Baltimore Town in Balti-
more County, and for other Purposes therein mentioned
N.^o 22. [23] An Act concerning the Name of John Beale Bordley.
Severally indorsed, "By the Lower House of Assembly, Dec.^r 6.^th
1766: Read and assented to by the Lower House of Assembly.
