Adams, to the Upper House, to see him take the Oath of Abjura-
tion prescribed by the Act of Parliament made last Session. They
return, and acquaint M.r Speaker, that M.r Adams had taken the
Oath aforesaid, and subscribed the same.
On Progression in reading the Bill for amending and repairing
the Roads in Baltimore and Frederick Counties, the Question was
put, That Frederick County be struck out of the Bill? Resolved in
the Affirmative
