Lower House, such Propositions as they shall make, and return with
the same, in Order to take the Sense of this House thereupon.

Instruction delivered to them by the Conferrees of the Lower House.
The Conferrees adjourn until to Morrow Morning 9 O'Clock

Thursday, November 20.

The Conferrees met according to Adjournment.
The Conferrees of the Upper House deliver to those of the Lower
House, an Instruction, from their House, which follows in these
Words, Viz.
By the Upper House of Assembly, Nov.r 20. 1766.
Instructions to Daniel Dulany, and John Ridout, Esq.rs Con-
ferrees appointed by this House You are to inform the Conferrees
of the Lower House, [These instructions beginning thus are printed
in full in the Upper House Journal, pp. 108-109.]

The Conferrees adjourn till To Morrow Morning 9 O'Clock.

The Conferrees met according to Adjournment.
The Conferrees of the Lower House, deliver to those of the
Upper House, the following, Viz.t
By the Lower House of Assembly, November 21, 1766
Ordered, That the Conferrees of this House, inform those of
the Upper House, that this House agree to the second Proposition
made by the Conferrees of the Upper House.

So ends this Conference.

&a and the Bill, entitled, An Act for issuing Writs of Replevin, &.a
Severally Indorsed, "By the Upper House of Assembly, Nov. 21.
1766 Read the first and second Time, by especial Order, and will

not pass. Signed by Order, U. Scott, Cl. Up. Ho."

And the Bill empowering the Justices of Charles County to
levy a Quantity of Tobacco, on the Taxable Inhabitants of Trinity
