Who then Chose the honourable Daniel Dulany Esq..^r Chairman
and John Duckett Jun^r Clerke

The Conferrees of the Lower House communicate to those of the
Upper House the following Instructions Viz.^t

That the Conferrees of the Lower House be instructed to inform
those of the Upper House, [The proposal beginning thus is printed
in full in Lower House Journal, p. 182]

A Copy of which they delivered to the Conferrees of the Upper
House The Conferrees of the Upper House delivers to those of the
Lower House the following Instruction Viz..^t

By the Upper House of Assembly 19.^th Nov.^r 1766.

Ordered that Daniel Dulany and John Ridout Esq..^rs Conferrees
from this House, do receive from the Conferrees of the Lower
House, such Propositions as they shall make, and return with the
same in Order to take the sense of this House thereupon

And then returned to the Upper House with the Copy of the
Instruction delivered to them by the Conferrees of the Lower
House
