      It is ordered that there be a reference in a Cause depending be- Liber F
     tweene Thomas Alcocke plaintife & John Waters Defendant till the
     next Court tht the jury bring in their verdict

      In a Cause depending betweene John Allen Admr of the goods
     Chattles & Creditts of Nichã: Solsby dec plaintife & Gerrard Browne
     Defendant
      Gerrard Browne was Attached to Answer unto John Allen Admr
     of the goods Chattles & Creditts of Nich: Solsby late of this County
     dec of a plea of trespas on the Case
      And whereupon the sd John by Samuell Cressey his Atturney
     Complaineth against the sd Gerrard for tht whereas the sd Gerrard
     had & received of the sd Nicholas on the first day of Septemb Anno
     Domi 1673 pills wherewith to make two glisters to the value of one
     hundred pounds of tobacco, In Consideration whereof the sd Gerrard
     did then Assume upon himselfe & to the sd Nich did faithfully
     promise tht hee the sd Gerrard to him the sd Nich when thereunto
     required would well & truely satisfie & pay the sd sume of 100 lb
     of tobaccoe, Yett neverthelesse the sd Gerrard although often there-
     unto required the sd sume of 100 lb of tobaccoe neither to the sd
     Nich in his life time nor to the sd John to whome Administracon
     of the goods Chattles & Creditts of the sd Nicholas was Comitted
     since his death hath not paid but doth altogether refuse to pay the
     same, whereupon the sd John saith hee is damnified & hath lost to the
     value of 150 lb of tobaccoe & thereupon hee bringeth his suite
      Gerrard Browne Defendant appeares in his proper person to
     defend the suite Comensed & the plaintife for want of proofe to his
     declaracon, it was found tht there was noe Cause of action where-
     upon hee obteined a nonsuite.

      In a Cause depending betweene John Allen Admr to the goods
     Chattles & Creditts of Nich Solsby dec plaintife & Jeremiah Dickison
     Defendant
      Jeremiah Dickison was Attached to Answer unto John Allen Admr
     of the goods & Chattles & Creditts of Nich Soisby dec late of this
     County in a plea of Trespas on the Case.
      And whereupon the sd John by Samuell Cressey his Atturney
     Complaineth against the sd Jeremiah for tht whereas the sd Jeremiah
     had & reed of the sd Nich severall parcells of Physicke in the moneth [p. 28]
     of August Anno Domi 1673 amountinge to the sume of one hundred
     & twenty pounds of tobaccoe as by a particular account here in
     Court produced more plainly may appeare In Consideracon whereof
     the sd Jeremiah did then assume on himself e & to the sd Nich did
     faithfully promise, tht hee the sd Jeremiah to him the sd Nicholas
     when thereunto required would well & truely satisfie & pay the sd
     sume of 12oth of tobaccoe, Yett neverthelesse the sd Jeremiah
     although often thereunto required the sd sume of 120 lb of tobaccoe
