          Liber F   & appurtenances to the sd premises or any part or parcell thereof
          belonging or in any wayes appertaineing, And allsoe all the Rights,
          Estate, title, interest, use, property, possession, Reversion, Claime &
          demand of him the sd Richd Fowke of & in the same together with
          all deeds, writings, Evidences, Manuscripts or papers touching or
          Concerning the same, or any part or parcell thereof, To have & to
          hold the aforesd parcell of Land & all & singular other the premises
          before granted, bargained & sould with their & every of their rights,
          members & appurtenances whatsoever unto the Daniell Smith his
          heires & Assignes for ever, And the sd Richd Fowke for himselfe his
          heires Execrs Admrs & Assignes Covenant, promise & grant to &
          with the sd Daniell Smith his heires Execrs Admrs & Assignes tht
          the premises now are, & for ever hereafter shall be & Continue free &
          cleare & freely & clearely acquited, exonerated & discharged of &
          from all & singular other bargaines, sales, gifts, grants, leases, rents,
          arreareages of rents, rent Charges, morgages, Joyntures, Dowers,
          right & title of Dowers, Claimes, demands & Incumbrances what-
          soever by him, them or any of them formerly had, done, or Comitted,
          or to be had done or Comitted, And the sd Richdd Fowke for himselfe
          his heires Execrs & Admrs the aforesd parcell of Land & all & singular
          other the premises before granted, bargained & sold with the appurte-
          nances unto the sd Daniell Smith his heires & Assignes for ever
          against him the sd Richd Fowke his heires & assignes & against all &
          every person & persons whatsoever lawfully claimeing by from or
          under him them or any of them, & against all other persons what-
          soever shall & will warrant & for ever defend by these presents, And
          the aforesd Richd Fowke for himselfe his heires Execrs & Admrs
          doth Covenant promise & agree to & with the sd Daniell Smith his
          heires & Assignes by these presents, that the sd Daniell Smith his
          heires & Assignes & every of them shall & may by force & vertue of
          these presents from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter
          Lawfully peaceably & quietly have, hold, use, occuppy, possesse &
          enjoy the sd Land & all & singular the before granted premises with
          their & every of their rights, members & appurtenances, & have
          receive & take the rents issues & profitts to his & their owne proper
          uses & behoofes without any manner of Lett, trouble, Eviction or
          interruption of or by the sd Richd Fowke his heires Execrs Admrs
          or Assignes or any of them or of or by any other person or per-
          sons whatsoever, the rents & services which from henceforth from
          time to time for or in respect of the first mentioned premises hereby
          sould, shall grow due or payable to the Cheife Ld or Lds of the
          Fee or Fees thereof, for or in respect of their Signiory or Signiories,
          And the sd Richd Fowke doth further Covenant & promise tht hee
          the sd Richd his heires Execrs & Admrs shall & will from time to time
          & at all times hereafter within the space of seaven yeares next ensue-

               Charges in the law onely of the sd Daniell Smith his heires Execrs
