And the sd George Godfrey by his Attorny Jno Jones Sayes and
does averr that the sd Allexander is guilty of the abovesd trespass,
& allso puts himself on the Countrey, whereupon its ordred that a
jury be impanelld whose names are here underwritten

wch Jury brought in this ensueing virdict, that they found for
the Deft wch costs of Suite it being made appeare by Severall
Sufficient witnesses that the sd Mare was Sold by the sd George.
Godfrey to Nich Solby & by Solby to Alexander Sennett whose
mare Shee now pply is whereupon it was ordred tht Judgemt Should
be entred agt the Plaintiff wth costs underwritten:
To Attornys fee 060
To Allexandr Sennetts attendance 3 dayes 90
To Wm Fayrcloth three dayes 90
To Kalome Maglouglin 90
To Wm Taylor 90
To Jno Wood 90
To Henry Barnes 90
To the Jury for theyre charge 120

Upon peticon made to the Court by Wm Sparke a lame man It was [p. 180]
ordred that Jno Lemaire receive him into his Custody and provided
that the sd Lemaire doe make a pfect cure of his legg that then he
bee pd two thousand poundes of tob out of the County Levye & in
case the sd Sparke doe remaine Sound one whole yeare & tht Jno
Lemaire prsent him So to the Court then the sd Lemaire to be pd
one thousand poundes of tob more the next Yeare, and if it Shall
Soe happen that the sd Sparke Should dye wthin halfe a yeare that
then the §d Lemaire be pd one thousand poundes of tob:
Jno Warder acknowledge himself to be indebted to the Right
Honble the Lord Propryetary in the full & just Sume of two thousand
pds of tob to be levied of his goods and chattells upon condicon foll
The condicon of this recognizance is Such tht if the sd Jno
Warder Shall well abeare himself towards all his Lordshipps good
people of this Province wthout comitting any crime or offence agt
the lawes of this Province untill the next Court to be held for the
Right Honble the Lord Propryetary on the 11th of August next and
Shall and there make his psonall appeareance before his Lordshipps
Justices at the sd Court then this Recognizance be void otherwise
to Stand in force &c.
The Court is adjornd untill the 11th day of August next
